Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. There is a 48-hour notice required for ALL cancellations, no matter the reason. If the cancellation occurs after this window of time, the session fee will still be charged. 2. If 48 hours notice is given, and there is a possible opening for us to reschedule a session, I will do my best to make that happen - But I cannot promise this. 3. Client is allowed ONE canceled session per two-month period. Attempting a second cancellation at anytime less than two months will require payment in full of clients said session. PREPAY SESSION PAYMENT: 1. Please prepay your session (at least) 24 hours in advance via Venmo. Venmo name is: @Ash-Jordan-2 2. Note: When paying via venmo, please do not list specific service.
